This place did not have my booking which I have paid for and ******* was unable to contact them. I also don’t believe ******* confirm in any way with the place the booking was made and the place for me is available.

This hotel was surprisingly good. The staff were very helpful and the room & bathroom clean and comfortable. We went in early summer so heating was not a issue, but it did have air-con. The hotel is situated about half-way between the railway station and main square in a quiet side road.

In reply to the previous review: nonsense, the people at the Pomegranate could not have been more helpful. They even carried a table upstairs so that my partner could work, and the Wifi was fine. This is an unpretentious place - it doesn't offer breakfast or the bar mentioned on this page. But it is clean, quiet, cheap and in a great location.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. HEATING wasn't working so was so f.. cold in the room. No-one knows anything. The room dirty after previous guest. Dirty glass of wine next to the bed. Bathroom even worst. There are so many nicer hotels in Kutaisi. Internet wasn't working or they just didn't want to give us password.. TV wasn't working.
