Small rooms but lovely

The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the Golden Fleece Fountain outside the window. The hygiene is average. The room facilities are also average. It is relatively old. The service attitude is very good. It is a pity that there is no conversion plug. Domestic friends remember to bring their own.

The room is very small, but the market entrance is very good. It is only 100 meters away from the fountain in the city center. There is a 24-hour McDonald's next to it. The service is also very good. The waiters are all handsome guys with long hair.

This hotel is very beautiful, located at the heart of the city. It has a beautiful facade and amazing staff which was very fluent in English. We ordered dinner for two days, after being guided by its chef as one of us is a vegetarian. The staff is patient and guided us on what places to visit and local markets. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable.

We recently had a fantastic stay at Newport and it exceeded all my expectations. We pleasantly sursurprised with a free upgrade to a suite, which made our experience even more special. We already looking forward to our next visit to Kutaisi, and ofc we will be choosong Newport again. Because of the staff, always ready to assist with a smile and food, after 3 weeks in Georgia - they serve the most delicious steak, and of course, the cleanness of everything!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kutaisi Newport Hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the entire hotel had a fresh, clean ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel truly welcome. They even provided a convenient ‘breakfast on the go’ option upon request, which was perfect for my early starts. The hotel restaurant was also impressive – I highly recommend the chicken soup, which was delicious and comforting. Overall, a great experience, and I’d happily stay here again!

I was in Georgia this year. I am in love with Georgia. My friend and I visited Newport Cafe Bar in the evening. There is a very calm, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere here. Calm music, delicious coffee prepared by a handsome blond guy and a smiling and friendly girl which will try to create the most comfortable environment for you. Leli as I remember. The food is definitely the best food that I have tasted in Georgia. You can feel the love and good attitude of the employees towards each other. The smile on their faces did not disappear, which created a more comfortable environment for us.

We have staid at the hotel for only 1 night. Kutaisi is a small city and we didn't expect such that high value service there. However, we were met with very professional staff, excellent value of hospitality. Romani knows 3 languages. It's amazing, and you can find yourself absolutely relaxed there, not stressing about anything. I can recommend the hotel and request Roman to asdudt you 😀

Very friendly reception! Helpful with finding parking for my rental car (there is no parking in the hotel). The restaurant area is elegant and cozy. The room was rather small but had everything you need, including good bed and pillows and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Price quality a very good place for a night in remarkable Kutaisi.

The rooms are amazing and attitude of front desk staff Lisa & Team is exceptional. Stongly recommend this hotel. The hotel located in the heart of kutaisi , there is a restuarent downstairs too. They speak fluent english and have an approach to help the guest.

Kutaisi was actually my favorite place in all of Georgia and this hotel was a great base for my too-short stay. It is centrally located, beautifully restored older building, with modern, clean rooms (including fully stocked minibar and complimentary tea & coffee). It also has a fabulous roof terrace, and an excellent breakfast buffet (from memory it also does dinner, though I didn't try that during my stay). Provides a great base for exploring this surprisingly interesting, clean and very well maintained town, including because a walkaround town is largely on flat terrain - uncommon for much of Georgia. One warning, although there are thick windows, there is a lot of car horn action in the square out the front of hotel - does get noisy, including at night.

Excellent professional staff, with an emphasis on service. Superior level of service and attention to detail, making the visitor experience both memorable and fulfilling. Multilingual reception staff are available to assist and provide an overall superior visitor experience. Guest rooms are luxurious and well-appointed.
