He does not even say happy birthday to the customer who has a birthday on the same day and is checking in. Secondly, I saw our group carrying large luggage without any guidance; when we drove over, there was no guidance about the parking space; Thirdly, the room is very small, with the configuration of a domestic Hanting room, even a large suitcase cannot be accommodated; in such a small room, two large stools that are not needed are placed very inappropriately; Finally, the toilet is too high.
