I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. I spent 2 nights in Kutaisi. Staff was very helpful and they tried their best. There is restaurant on the first floor and its very comfortable. I stayed in Royal Suite and it was big and nice room with big balcony.

Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!

Hotel was very nice cozy and brilliant clean. breakfast vas good and fool. staff is very friendly and smily, they gave you to feel as you are most important guest for them. room is good size l with all important amenities, closet, hunger thats was useful for long time stay, room was clean and fresh, I will come back.
