This hotel is absolute perfection. It is brand new and so gorgeous. Perfect location: The hotel is ski in/ski out to the Grand Hirafu slopes, which is great. The hotel is located steps away from the Grand Hirafu Welcome Center, which is where the Sapporo airport shuttles drop you off. The hotel is within walking distance of Rhythm (a huge, great ski and snowboard rental shop). The hotel also did offer their own ski and snowboard rentals as well, FYI. Accomodations: The room was so gorgeous, clean, and modern. The amenities were perfect: Rain shower, coffee/tea, skincare and toiletries, etc. The skincare products were so nice, I ended up buying a few from the hotel gift shop. Also, each hotel room has a dedicated ski locker on the basement level which is so convenient. Amenities: There is a gift shop with food, beverages, and convenience items in the lobby. The public onsens were incredible. They are male-only and female-only respectively. My boyfriend and I also booked a time slot in the private family onsen which was very nice as well. We did not end up going to the bar in the hotel, but we heard it is one of the best bars in the area. An extra special thank you shoutout to Andrew and Tara. On the date of our check-out, there was a large storm (yay snow!) that resulted in the train being shut down and all the shuttles were already reserved. Andrew and Tara were able to book us the last private transfer to our hotel in Sapporo at a great rate. They literally saved the day, we were so grateful. This hotel is absolutely incredible. It is not a matter of IF we’ll come back, but WHEN. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niseko.

The best, best and best hotel on this trip! !! The individual is a very demanding person, this hotel is impeccable from service to environment to facilities. The hotel is very new. It has been open for about a year, right next to the snowy mountains, and our room has unbeatable views! !! I like the modern decoration of the hotel! !! The appliances, kitchenware, tableware, etc. are all high-end brands! Bedding and daily necessities are very useful. Although it was not very rare when we were here in the snow season, the extreme service attitude of the hotel staff impressed me and tried my best to solve the problem for me. When I left, Hao dumped 1000yen for the younger brother who carried the luggage. I really liked this hotel

Our family stayed at Ki Niseko for 3 nights in early January 2024...one of our best experiences. Located next to Hirafu Mountain Center and Holiday Pair Lift 1, it's convenient for us to pick up ski gears at a counter inside the hotel and directly ski in & out. This area is less crowded than those around Ace Family Lift at the west of Grand Hirafu...thus, an ideal place for beginners. Our Nitori Room is spatial, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with various facilities & furniture, including stoves, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, utensils, dining table, etc. Our room was supposed to have Mt. Yotei view. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow & cloudy during our first 3 days. If you visit Niseko during heavy snow season, booking the volcano view room is at your own risk. Majority of the hotel staff are international. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offered our family complimentary private onsen and transfer to Hirafu Welcome Center's bus stop. Breakfast is delicious and with sufficient variety of foods, though the menu was nearly the same everyday during our stay. All in all, we would recommend Ki Niseko and hope to come back again.

I stayed in the middle of the ski season in February 2023. Good points The exterior looks like a hot spring built during the bubble period compared to the surrounding hotels, and I thought it might be a loss at first glance. However, the interior was new and the inside of the room (although the rooms seem to be new and old) was modern and comfortable. The large communal bath is a hot spring and has an open-air bath. There were many people during the ski season, but the bathhouse was large so I was able to take a relaxing bath. The meal was a buffet, but it was relatively authentic, and the tempura and steak were delicious. It was more than expected. Bad places The correspondence of the staff (especially the receptionist) is subtle. Although it was full of many customers during the check-in time zone, the person in charge was only about 1-2 names. Moreover, there are many English / Chinese, but there are many staff in one word, and it took time to respond. Some people broke into the row and came in, but they weren't so concerned. Also, I only said that I needed guidance, and even if I asked where and when the bath was, I was only told ”it is written”. Anyway, if it is a cheap hotel overseas, I wanted to give a little more hospitality if it is a hotel of a certain rank in Japan. It's a ski / snowboard relationship, but lift tickets and rentals will be another building. It's not just this hotel, but it's a little far away, but I thought I would improve the convenience a little more. Also, this time was 1 night 2 5,000 yen with breakfast and dinner. I think it can't be helped, but I want it to be a place that Japanese people can enjoy.
Niseko Inn of Youtei Raku Suisan

I stayed for the consecutive holidays in October. When you enter the hotel, you can see Mt. Yotei beautifully in front of the lounge, which is a masterpiece. It is a small inn with 18 rooms. There are two types of guest rooms, Yama no Ma and Mizu no Ma, and this time we stayed in the Mizu no Ma. There was a semi-open-air hot spring between the bedroom, living room, and tatami mats. My impression was that it was spacious and had a lot of closets. However, since it was the room on the Mt. Yotei side, which was the furthest from the main building, the view of Mt. Yotei from the room was subtle because it was a low-rise building. The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people, and it is a luxury. I was also impressed with the food this time. I ate at the iron plate counter and Japanese cuisine (Japanese cuisine counter) instead of the dining room on both days, but I was surprised that there were two counters at a ryokan of this size. The teppanyaki was delicious, but the Japanese food was very high quality and I was able to enjoy a meal that I can't easily find in the city. It is impression that quantity of breakfast is few (because there are many elderly visitors?) if we say forcibly. I have stayed at Zaborin, Park Hyatt Niseko, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko and this area in the past, but this is my favorite accommodation in this area.

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.
