Although it's a 4-star hotel, it's not really a 4-star hotel. The bathroom has a bathtub like a 2-star hotel. The water in the bathroom doesn't get work,either too hot or too cold.We called the technical service twice, but they couldn't find a solution. The reception is very unresponsive, and the rooms are very, very old.The only thing new is the hotel lobby. I hope they get rid of this old look soon. If you are looking for 4 stars, I recommend Alhamra hotel.

房間衞生打掃挺勤快，衹是設施有點陳舊，服務態度不錯，科威特水塔值得一看.酒店位置去市區景點都很方便.

一切都很好，吃住行都很好，周圍環境，怎麼説，跟國內還是差很多，不過，你在科威特，就不用跟國內比吧，沒有可比性，基本上科威特環境，哎，來了看了裏知道了，相對來説，這裡是安靜舒適的，因為畢竟早期房子，設施齊全完善裏好了，現代感少些，推薦23樓的健身房和汗蒸和幹蒸，游泳池太小沒去，都在23 樓
