We were scheduled for 2 nights, but we were sick I stayed for another night in a hurry, but I accepted it pleasantly. You can eat on the first floor of the hotel, but there are also bakery, bar and restaurant nearby. Is it a daughter like a family-run hotel? Is very friendly and good at English and will politely teach you advice and how to get to tourist spots. I also saw others teaching Vietnamese. We checked out the day, we checked out for a few hours. I'll take it and I'll go back to the hotel and I'll take my luggage. and a plastic bottle of water and a motorcycle I had coffee to carry. Anyway, when I come here again, I recommend it. We'll stay here. I'm sorry I don't have a dryer.

I would like to thank and appreciate the service and care that I received at Seabird Hotel, Tianman in October 2023. I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we were both satisfied with the service as well as the quality of service, dedication and hospitality brought by the hotel staff. I especially thank the Security Director and your team for the excellent services and support they have provided me. I accidentally parked the car under the balcony on a rainy day and the cement water flowed from above and down, causing my car glass door to be dim, which could cause a dangerous driving. I informed this to the front desk staff who reported the hotel staff. N***then Mr. Sinh contacted me to deal with, with experience and professionalism, Mr. Sinh made my car back clean, with transparent glass making my return trip more safe. Thank you very much for this. I also would like to thank the reception team and restaurant staff, for providing excellent service and making me feel at home. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel staff who brought fruits for my wife to the room to welcome the Vietnamese Women's Day (20/10). This is the deep concern of the Hotel for customers, during this occasion, it brings to my wife and I. That's why our stay becomes enjoyable. Moreover, the food at the hotel was so delicious that me and I really enjoyed from breakfast to dinner. If I have to pick which one I like the best, I will choose bread and salad, which we can eat full without getting bored. Thank you chef, and his group. I believe that with my professional and dedicated staff, Seabird Tian Cam Hotel, Ha Tinh will develop more and more and more and more and more and beloved by many people, including me. Double room was super spacious and well equipped, and the small buffet breakfast on the rooftop was a great start to the day! Was given some incorrect information about transport from one of the staff so would recommend to double check with nearby tour companies.

The most perfect stay with the most perfect family! We couldn’t of wished for a better stay, the room was perfect - so clean, spacious and the private balcony made it feel that extra special! The pool was amazing and the views from your balcony and the pool area are incredible! There are no words good enough to describe the family who run this property. They are so kind, caring and extremely generous. Every morning they seem so happy to see you and every evening they ask how your day has been. Upon our departure we were kindly escorted up to the bus stop by the family but unfortunately, by accident, missed our bus. The next bus wasn’t due for another 12-14 hours and the family let us stay with them and have our room back for the day with no charge! They offered us lunch with their family too with no charge and again walked with us to the bus stop later that evening to make sure we were safe and to wish us goodbye. Just perfect all round.

We landed at Phong Nha with no prior booking at 6:00 pm. Thankfully it's a small town/village with just one main road having all homestays/hotels. While walking along it, we came across this property and struck up a conversation with the owner Linh. He was very honest and helpful in our interaction in-spite of us having no booking. This spurred me to book the night stay at his place. He gave us a very good upgraded room and also booked the next day limousine to Ninh Binh for us. The room was huge and good enough for 4 people. The smart tv had Netflix, Yahoo which was an icing on the cake. All in all this lovely Homestay with the superb host is a one stop shop for anyone coming to Phong Nha. We were going to explore the caves using Google maps but he gave us useful tips because of which trust me, we took motorcycle over water - a once in lifetime experience. His tip surpassed even Google. The discounts he got for us for next leg of trip (to Ninh Binh) were unbelievable. To put things in perspective, he got us limousine cheaper than bus. Nothing ever beats that. I would strongly recommend this place and if given a chance would surely revisit without blinking an eyelid.
