It’s was easy to check in, the reception was good, it’s not a good place from the airport, it takes to long time, and the hotel don’t have airport bus, so we had to take a taxi which makes it more expensive. There need better information for new people visiting Osaka.

The hotel is near JR Kadoma Station and the transportation is very convenient.
The customer service at the front desk of the hotel is kind and friendly. There are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste sets in the bathroom.
I booked a small double room, which was okay for two girls to stay for one night.
There is a convenience store and two Japanese restaurants downstairs.
It is a good experience in the hotel overall. The only thing that is not OK is that when using the clothes dryer, another guest mixed his clothes into my clothes and dried them together. After washing, it means that it was not washed==
