Good location near so many grocery shops, close to train station, clean room and bathroom, has laundry place to use

This hotel was a good, cheap stay. Location was a bit further outside of Kyoto’s ‘main centre’ but the Suzinome local train station was only a 5 minute walk away. It connected well to Kyoto and Osaka. The room was a great size, much bigger than anywhere else I’ve stayed in Japan so far! I’d stay again.

The hotel is well located for the trains going from and to Kyoto central station. It is also close to Fushimi Inari. The room was big and tidy. Be warned there is not lift, and there is a self check-in policy, at least at the moment.

Unattended self-service check-in, it should be a hotel close to a B&B. The corridor is quiet, the owner has done some landscape design, and there are Chinese instructions. Very cost-effective, recommended. I was a little hesitant when booking. The price was much cheaper than similar hotels. After checking in, I simply discovered a treasure hotel. The hotel is new, clean, fully equipped with supplies, and the room is larger than other hotels I have stayed in before. The bathroom, sink, and toilet are all independent, which is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the station, and the subway goes directly to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Kamogawa River. It is very convenient to visit Takashimaya, Daimaru, and Nishiki Market. There are Chinese-speaking staff, which is very convenient. Like👍

It was already late when we arrived, but the self-service check-in was very convenient. The landlord can speak Chinese and sent us check-in information in advance. It was very detailed and the address was easy to find. It is a 5-minute walk from the station. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby for a morning meal. Breakfast is also very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and I feel good about my stay😊

The room is considered large for a Japanese hotel. It is very comfortable, quiet and clean. The convenient check-in is very convenient!

There is almost no one there for check-in and check-out. The PIN code for the parking lot and nighttime entrance is sent by SMS on the day, but it is inconvenient in case of a dead battery or other emergency. The air conditioner smells when used and is not well maintained. The tourist tax is paid with AliPay or cash, and there is no place to put cash, giving the impression of a hotel for Chinese people. As a hotel, there are no hand towels or nightwear, which is inconvenient. I would like this to be posted as hotel information in addition to other reviews.

There is no front desk, but you can leave your luggage and check in without any problems. The location is close to the subway station and there is a convenience store, so it's good.

It was a great spring break trip and I would definitely use it again.

The room is really nice. It's very close to walk. The check-in information was sent to the room in advance. It's very detailed. The hotel is a self-service check-in. I personally think it's very convenient. You won't disturb others no matter how late you stay. The price/performance ratio is quite high in Kyoto. I recommend staying there.
