As our hotel's air conditioning is centrally managed throughout the building, guests cannot switch between heating and cooling modes themselves, though the heating can be turned on and off. We deeply regret that our staff's insufficient explanation caused you discomfort. Whilst the hotel is situated a short distance from the station and the main shopping district, numerous buses operate from the surrounding area, and we encourage you to make use of this service.
