It's a very good and new hotel, just one station from Kyoto JR station. I booked a triple room for four persons which has four beds and pretty spacious. The big bath is a bonus. Haven't tried breakfast which is pretty expensive.

Room: Spacious rooms but only single beds are available. Toilet: Bidet and warm seat available Shower: Comes with bathtub with onsen style shower (seat and bowl) Location: 7mins from Kyoto Aquarium and 1 train stop away from Kyoto Station. Service: Not up to the Japanese standard and hospitality as I have to push my 6 luaggages that were delivered over from Osaka to my room with their trolleys to the room myself.

New hotel with reasonable room size and affordable price in convenience location. There is a roof top for the Kyoto Skyline and open area for drinking. The hotspring onsin is new and tidy with sufficient area to hand out.

Hotel is next to JR station. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom has lots of amenities. Hotbath is basic. Only dislike is toothbrush is too hard.

A well-facilitated top five-star hotel with excellent and professional room and lobby services. The staff members always show friendly smile and supportive services. Sauna, breakfast food and laundry facilities are also excellent! I would return to the hotel soon. I would recommend it to my family members and friends. One of the best hotels in Kyoto!

Have the washing machine and public bath. The surroundings quiet but location is a bit inconvenient

Room is a plus point. Clean and spacious room with all required amenities. Every floor has microwave and ice maker. It is next to train station, so easy to travel. One train stop away from Kyoto station. Bus stop has tourist sight seeing bus as well. However not much near to any market or popular area. No vegetarian breakfast option despite prior reminders. For those eating eggs, I did not notice any live egg counter as well. Finally they prepared a dish after saying sorry (no). Customer service could be improved.

Good hotel. Worth the price. Staff is nice and had good service, room was also clean. One con is that there's not much things to do nearby like shopping, but it's very near the mrt

This hotel is highly recommend and perfect for family. The room is nice, clean and also big. It's close to JR station only 1 stop after Kyoto Station. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel has laundry facilities.

Direct connect to JR line, near a big playground that is perfect for kids. Room is much bigger compared to regular hotels in Japan. Cleanliness is a hit and miss.
