The hotel is a bit far from the JR station, around 10 minutes' walk, but there is a free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The hotel room is clean and big.

Lovely clean hotel a short walk (or free shuttle) to kyoto station). All was good. Very fast wifi and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast either downstairs or in the revolving restaurant. The only oddity was the swimming pool and gym which had restricted usage hours and required payment on top! Was not worth it and even if it was the unusual hours of operation made it unfeasible. Would stay again though unless I really needed the gym and pool.

Very clean and all the staffs are friendly. 7 min walk from the Kyoto station. We used the free shuttle bus when we go to Kyoto station from our hotel:) Very convenient because it comes every 20 minutes. Also, if you miss the shuttle there is a bus stop near by (3 min walk).

Nice business hotel located near Kyoto station. The hotel provides shuttle service to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient for those with kids and big luggages.

Good location. 8 mins walk to JR Kyoto west or central exit. Option for full house keeping or limited housekeeping.

Overall was okay, a bit far from Kyoto staion. But, hotel has shuttle bus every 20 mins and make it more convenient. Service and amenities were nice. The worst part was humidity of the room and cleanliness (quite low compared to Japanese standard), plus bedsheets were smelly.

Hotel was very clean and furnished in Modern theme. Value for money with good spreads of buffet breakfast.-

Luxurious accommodation in Kyoto

The hotel is a bit business style and the TV in the room is quite small. The hotel comes with swimming pool but you need to pay extra to use the amenities (about $10-20 per person). We felt the locals (taxi driver for example) aren't really welcoming foreigners (English speaking) and might act a bit rude, but besides that, the town is quieter than Osaka and we enjoyed dining at Yakiniku Yaruki - Shijo Kawaramachi (all you can eat BBQ with wagyu beef).

The location is within 10 min walk from Kyoto Station. The plus point is the hotel provides shuttle service to-and-fro kyoto station. Save us the energy from walking with luggage. The room is of good size too. Really enjoy the stay.

good hotel

The room interior is slightly older than expected and can hear the train sound from 8/F. There is also no USB charger spot. We wanted to go to the Top floor for breakfast yet there is only one lift heading to that floor, it took us 10mins to wait but after several full lifts we had to give up and went for the 1/F breakfast.

there's no bottle water, u have to take urself. really shocked! Shuttle is good, but only available before 7pm。 little noisy， near the railway。
