This is a great hotel, conveniently located near the station and attractions. You can reach Kyoto Station and the surrounding commercial areas within 20 minutes. My only minor complaint is that when I opened the window, all I saw was a staircase instead of an outside view, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Clean rooms with great amentities such as a laundromat and breakfast buffet. Staff was welcoming and upgraded my room at no extra cost.
Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious as well.

Walking distance to subways and bus stops. Clean and prompt service. Requires a room clean every 3 days. Communal microwave and laundry on the 3rd floor. Big good bed

Great staying experience.
It was nearby the shijio shops area with public transport. Few convenient shop and restaurants located there.
The staff at reception was friendly and helpful.

Very good experience (tourism trip). The location is quite good, close to the metro line, a lot of bus lines near, and a lot of attractions that can be reached by walk. Good breakfast buffet (with menu different every day of the week), friendly staff.
