This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you.For your reference, our housekeeping service generally includes removal of trash placed in the bins, even under our “eco cleaning” plan, which is provided when no specific preference is selected. Eco cleaning includes towel replacement, trash collection, and bed-making. Despite this, we failed to carry out the service properly in your case, and we take this matter very seriously.We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team and will review our procedures and inspection system to prevent recurrence.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
