The hotel is conveniently located near the station, within a 5-minute walk. The staff are friendly and polite, and provide detailed explanations! Free sencha (a type of herbal tea) is available in the lobby on the first floor. The shop area also offers a variety of local delicacies. The hotel offers experiential activities; please inquire at the counter. Overall, it's a relaxing place. However, the room soundproofing isn't very good. On a windy day, the wind outside the window was very loud, and I didn't sleep well all night. It would be great if this could be improved.

Because the hotel has to go down one flight of stairs, although there will be staff to help carry things, it is still inconvenient if there are children or elderly people. I live on the 4th floor. When I go out from the elevator, I can see the building opposite from the corridor. Every time I pass by at night, there is always loud chatter and laughter from the building opposite.

The hotel is close to a main street, making it easy to get to attractions. Public transportation is readily available, and it's near three shopping streets, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There are also many restaurants, coffee shops, sushi places, and Kobe beef restaurants nearby.
