Very nice hotel! The service was great and the employees we encountered provided excellent service. The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done very quickly, but did not prevent us from sleeping in the room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room was poor... people arrived around 3 a.m. and got up around 7 a.m. without worrying about others (I understand that some people's lack of civility is not the fault of the establishment). Very good nonetheless!

La personne à l’accueil était très bête. Heureusement que le reste était OK. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour dormir et quitter sans apporter d’importance au service, c’est suffisant mais n’ayez pas d’attentes au niveau service à la clientèle. Je suis retourné à l’accueil après m’être rendu à la chambre avec mes bagsges puisque mes cartes d’accès de chambre n’étaient pas fonctionnelles et on m’a répondu que c'était de ma faute… « what the…? Who cares, pourriez-vous simplement me remettre des cartes fonctionnelles?».
