I was going there for a medical appoin**ent through Hope Air and I am disabled and was unable to get the suitable room for the full 3 days so found myself stuck making 2 price bookings very different!!

It was good but I would have liked the pool to be open on Monday morning and for the price of the arcade 3 hours I find it long 3 consecutive hours so we only stayed 1 hour for $40 1 child 1 adult

Hôtel bien situé, le stationnement souterrain gratuit est bien pratique surtout l’hiver. Beau petit foyer dans la chambre. Chambre et hôtel propres. Les gens à la réception sont gentils. Le déjeuner est limité, peu de choix. Aucun breuvage gratuit disponible en dehors des heures du déjeuner. Les chambres sont faits seulement aux deux jours. Nous entendions les bruits des arcades, malgré le son de la télévision au maximum (vendredi et samedi ferment à 21h, les autres jours plus tôt). La piscine et le bain à remous ne sont pas fait pour relaxer, on se fait arroser. Pleins d’enfants qui crient et sautent, très bruyant puisque les jeux d’eau et glissades sont très proches.
Correct, mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

This is the second time I've come to your place and due to my work I'm likely to come back often. On the other hand, very disappointed this time. I was in room 612 and the bed was hard and the pillow was even harder!

Everything is perfect except the shower which is very poorly done. The shower stream led straight to where there was no shower door and all the water was coming out. However, the rest of the room and the hotel have nothing bad to add.

Hot fridge on arrival. Television unplugged. Only one armchair in the room. No extra pillows in the wardrobe or blanket.
Very basic lunch. No yogurt, pancake or waffle. A choice of meat and scrambled eggs only. Cane fruit. Disappointed with this service.
