Nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Grand merci au personnel si sympathique. A revoir le fonctionnement du bar .2 consommations en attente alors que les autres sont servies depuis un bon moment. Le buffet était bon surtout les entrées. MERCI pour la gentille intention ( petit gâteau avec les bougies) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci au DJ.

Déjà venue au R. de l’Ermitage, j’ai trouvé une nette amélioration de la cuisine: buffets très fins : voyages gustatifs. Tjrs idéalement situé et porté par un personnel attentif et chaleureux, ( et ma chambre était spacieuse et agréable!)

De tous mes voyages,la chambre la plus vetuste! a part la vue sur la piscine pour ’’compenser’’, salle de bain très basique et très vieillissante,le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas,le bruit des ding ding de l’ascenseur devient très énervant,l'isolation entre les chambres inexistante,le buffet très moyen.le point fort,la proximité du lagon et du sentier littoral.

L’hôtel où la qualité est en baisse constante. Les chambres sont tellement vieilles… Le personnel parfois souriant parfois non à la limite de la politesse de base. Le buffet petit déjeuné bien loin des standards actuels. La piscine est très correcte , parfaitement chauffée. L’emplacement et les espaces extérieurs de l’hôtel sont quand même magnifiques. Dommage que ça ne suffise pas à rattraper les chambres et couloirs. Il y a un potentiel fou sur cet emplacement c’est du gâchis. Le prix qu’on nous fait payer ne correspond pas du tout au service proposé.

Complexe extrêmement bien situé, très bien entretenue sur les extérieurs et le parc. Le personnel est parfait, disponible, souriant et à l’écoute. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !! Petit bémol.. l’hôtel mériterai un petit coup de rénovation.. les chambres sont propres mais un peu vieillottes et les piscines idem. Cependant notre séjour était super 👍 on a adoré

J’en ai fait des hôtels dans ma vie mais celui ci est bien le pire. La chambres et ses équipements sont médiocres. Pas de place de stationnement, pas de serviettes de piscine, salle de bain insalubre et j’en passe. La direction de mauvaise foi
