Very clean apartment. The doors and windows weren't entirely clean, so a point was deducted, but otherwise the staff were super friendly and welcomed us very nicely. There is everything you need in the kitchen, very quiet location but you can reach anywhere in a short time by bus.

On the day I arrived, I was told that the elevator was broken, so we, two adults and two children, had to climb the stairs for 3 days. It was on the 7th floor. It was hard and inconvenient to climb up and down every day. We booked two rooms. The shower head in the bathroom of my room did not have a hook. I had to hold the shower head myself every time I took a shower. The kettle for making hot water was broken. It would leak when making water. If you are not careful, you might get burned. The kettle in another room tripped as soon as the water was boiled. We had no choice but to boil water in one room several times to feed several people. To make matters worse, on the second night of our stay, when we had just fallen asleep, the alarm bells in the whole building rang loudly. We took the children and ran downstairs, only to find out that it was a cook downstairs who was cooking because of too much smoke. The alarm bells in the whole building rang loudly. What was even worse was that we couldn't find anyone to help. We were all on our own and couldn't contact any apartment staff to help. All in all, this stay was very bad. As a platform, you should recommend some reputable partners to consumers

Recepcionista muy agradable y habitación espaciosa, bien comunicado para ir al centro. Supongo que durante nuestra estancia hubo algún problema con la calefacción ya que pasamos un poco de frío.Pero en general recomendable.
