Bad service. There is only one person at the front desk and without listening to you he can start talking to another person or leave. You have to stand for 10-20 minutes to ask a question.
Asked to be woken up for an early flight and they didn't do it. I could have overslept my plane. It's horrible.
The room is nice. The breakfasts are average

The location is excellent, just opposite the convention center. The room rates of European hotels fluctuate too much, so you can catch a cheap one in a day.
