The room is very big and spacious with a great view. The front desk service is very good and considerate. The spa is very comfortable and I met many foreign friends. There is bus line 4 at the door and you can take it directly to the city center for 2 euros. It's great!

We were excited as this was our first time in Mallorca. On arrival, we were informed that the rooms we had booked 6 months in advance were not available and there was nothing that could be done about it. Reception staff were rude and disrespectful when we tried to query the room configuration as we had specifically requested interconnecting rooms with our young children. The level of cleaning was not very good and the drain in the shower kept blocking and took 3 days to fix with a terrible smell coming from the shower. The reception staff continued to be rude, unfriendly and unhelpful for the duration of our stay. It completely ruined our experience.

A great start to our stay in Mallorca. Thank you to the reception staff for sorting us out a lovely room overlooking the pool. Every member of staff that we have had any contact with have been wonderful… looking forward to the next few days in this lovely hotel.!
