Séjour très convivial, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Chambre confortable, claire et avec vue sur la montagne. merci pour ce très bon accueil.

Dans le cadre d'une soirée étape réservée la veille, l'établissement m'a contacté en début d'après-midi afin de m'informer que le restaurant serait fermé le soir. N'ayant pas consulté mes messages, je me suis retrouvée devant un restaurant fermé le soir à 20h. J'ai appelé l'hôtel qui a de suite réagit. Alexia est spécialement revenue afin de me préparer un plateau repas plus que copieux ! C'est ce que j'appelle du service client. La chambre était parfaite, surtout lorsque l'on est en déplacement professionnel régulièrement, un côté chaleureux, calme, propre, une bonne literie.... La nuit a été trop courte ! La personne en charge du petit- déjeuner était également très aimable et avenante. Bref tout était parfait pour moi, j'ai pu travailler dans le calme et surtout me reposer malgré le court séjour sur place. Comme à la maison !! Un seul regret, ne pas avoir pu tester la table, mais je reviendrai.

tout est très bien on a juste envie de revenir le cadre est super tout est confortable la cuisine est bonne le personnel est à l,ecoute super ambiance , en prime un temps super pour un mois de mars on espère y revenir!!

Excellent Hôtel. Très agréable et chaleureux. L'accueil est excellent. Belles chambres spacieuses. Tarifs très raisonnables. Bon emplacement proche de la ville. L'hôtel a aussi un restaurant très sympathique

Merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant et de l’hôtel pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. J’ai rarement vu un personnel aussi attentif et aimable… Le restaurant est très bon et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon.

Hôtel bien situé pour aller skier à La Bresse Hohneck (10 minutes de voiture) Pas très loin du centre ville. Bon hôtel confortable à prix intéressant. Restauration de qualité. J'y retourne chaque année avec plaisir. Chambre et lobby agréables avec du charme

Bel établissement, manque de professionnaliste du personnel et tenue inadapté pour le service et l'accueil. J'encourage les jeunes patrons a être plus présent auprès de leur clientèle, afin de fidéliser. Conseil d'hôtelier.
