Our body wash and tissue was nearly empty when we arrived. However, housekeeping brought some by the very next room cleaning day. There was some construction going on at the entrance to our hotel tower. However, it was still an easy walk to the water park and beaches. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day. However, we had plenty of towels and didn’t need to call room service. I will definitely return.

Property was understaffed. Lines for food, coffee, towels were too long. Many of the slides were closed each day due to lifeguard shortages resulting in 30 minute waits.

Atlantis has always been a favorite place for me to stay as I have children who enjoy the waterpark. I felt as a black person that the staff was terrible to me, which is sad because they are black as well. Other than this I had a wonderful time. There’s plenty of entertainment, restaurants, and fun.

Great property waterpark was nice the food options are very limited and the prices for certain restaurants and fast food options are plain ridiculous the Italian restaurant in the Marina village is on the other hand not cheap but of good value cocktails are nothing crazy from quality not the prices are definitely there.
We don’t mind spending money but avoid the burger and fast options in the water park it’s a plain ripoff the burgers are kids meal size but priced like as you buy the entire cow do your self a favor and walk to the village and get a real meal you won’t regret it. Other then that we liked out stay a lot the Ambiente and the location and the beaches are great and for us from south Florida it’s a quick getaway we like to do from time to time.

Guests should not be allowed to reserve chairs at the pools, etc and leave them unused for a long period of time.
Hallways in Royal should not be freezing.
Really liked the interactions with dolphins, sea lions and snorkeling
Bathrooms by the pools were dirty and dingy!
