The comfort of the hotel is excellent, as well as its cleanliness. The heated pool is impeccable. Finally, the food is exquisite, the breakfast very abundant. Recommended for traveling with family (children) and a group of friends.

Excellent place to rest. Excellent location, away from the center, avoiding annoying noises. The spectacular staff. Super recommended. Super complete breakfast. The breakfast and check out hours are very extensive. The impeccable pool. We had a rainy stay so we couldn't see the property but it looked beautiful.

Excellent place. Convenient and comfortable. Very clean and well-kept place. Wonderful attention. Spacious room and spectacular bathroom. The breakfasts were complete, abundant and very rich. Entertainment spaces like ****** spa gym and Hippodrome are very good!! The Milagros massages in the sapá are spectacular. Super recommended!!

A lot of peace. Silence. Everything impeccable. The hotel bar closes early, it would be nice to come home from dinner and have a drink in the lobby. The spa staff is a bit ungrateful, I was leaving the place and they sent me to put away the chairs we had used. It's a shame that shopping doesn't have more shops, great games. It would also be good if there were babysitters to be able to go to the ******.

It is not Merlo's epic, not even close, but with its limitations, it complies. The area next to the pool could have a little more vibe, some arrangements, some shade, since if not, in summer and with heat it is only in the covered part. Very good restaurant meals. Good attention from employees.

The hotel claims four stars that it does not have due to its service. In the rooms there is no complimentary water or any implement to heat water or coffee. The minibar is empty. You can hear the bathroom extractor from the adjoining rooms and the ceilings of the bathtub have horrendous moisture stains. They never clean the glass in the rooms. They charge you extra to take food to your room (even though the drawback is that there is no room in the restaurant). The park is poorly maintained. The food court is depressing. The food is unimaginative and also very bad and bland. It's not worth the price you pay for accommodation there. The only thing worth it is the breakfast, which is very good and varied.

We spent the long weekend, everything was excellent from the attention of the staff to the comfort of the room. The room turned out to be larger than we imagined. Excellent cleaning. The SPA attention was the best, the two people who touched us were super friendly and warm. The food was delicious, I don't remember the name, but we had a spinach pasta with shrimp that was delicious. Although we saw that they have details to improve regarding the infrastructure, such as the exterior painting, we could see that they were working on it. We would have liked a hotel closer to the city, since if you wanted to go for a walk or shopping you had to use the car. The province of San Luis has beautiful places and we were left with a lot to do. If I had to recommend only one place, be sure to visit La Carolina. We had a great time and we will continue our trip through San Luis again.
