Bon séjour, l’hôtel est propre. Je pense que celui ci commence sa rénovation, dommage une odeur de cigarette était présente dans notre couloir et note séchoir ne fonctionnait pas.. la réceptionniste est cependant très agréable merci Véronique 😉

Basic hotel but large very clean room with good furniture and decor. Bathroom old fashioned but clean. Stairwells a bit dark and dingey. Reasonable breakfast. Excellent location and next to a KFC and a burger restaurant. Staff friendly. Excellent location for the Troyes ring road. Quiet. Good value for a cheap hotel

This hotel sadly did not meet our expectations. The property urgently needs a renovation. We have previously stayed in other premiere classe properties, but this one clearly is the most poor. The positive thing was that we managed to get a five bed-room!!!

Hôtel propre et calme. Parking un peu petit. Par contre arrivée après les heures d’accueil, cela fait un peu peur pour une femme seule. J’ai malgré tout pu trouver les clés de la chambre réservée à l’avance par internet. Sinon personnel accueillant et petit dej suffisant.

les précédents avis sont contenus et non réels. FUYEZ cet hôtel pourri, vetuste si vous voulez rester en santé. Cet etablissement devrait être fermé pour son insalubrité, l'ensemble truffé de moisissures. Dès que l'on pousse la porte çà sent l'humidité à plein nez.Salle de bain inexploitable , electricité defectueuse dans la chambre, bac à douche fendu, idem pour le lavabo...Hotel dernière classe !!!!

No good. Clean sheets and nice staff but the building is f***ed. There is zero sound insulation so I was awake at 230 / 345 / 545. Interconnecting doors so you are basically sharing a room with snoring neighbours. Windows that don’t seal so the midnight smokers chat may as well be with you too. Brit hotel across the way is the same price without the problems. Lesson learned.

Bon ben c'est un 1ère classe ms il faut admettre que cet hôtel à de bons atouts. A commencer par le personnel qui est aux petits soins, attentif et très agréable. parking gratuit, restauration à coté. Pour les mauvais Atouts, pas de clim donc fenêtre ouverte avec des "gens" assez bruyants sur le parking jusqu'à 2h30 du matin, pas d'ascenseur, qu'un oreiller/ personne, porte d'entrée de la chambre qui grince qd on ouvre ou ferme, decor un peu vieillot. ms c'est là que je retournerai rien que pour la gentillesse du personnel.
