Terrible experience - not ibis like !!! Worse room ever: hotel needs renovation, room was NOT clean and very noisy, since directly at a high trafficked street. Service even worse: staff says no to everything !!! Breakfast was supposed to be until 10.00. at 9.00 almost everything was finished and they did not fill up. We needed up eating old toast bread. I always sty at ibis and ibis style, but this hotel is not up to their standards. Never again!

A fuir ! Gérant pince sans rire ..mal aimable et de mauvaise foi . J'ai réservé 2 x le même séjour ( 2 nuits ) dès que j'ai vu mon erreur j'ai annulé ( voir photo ) le lendemain pensant que " annulation voulait dire non débité ..je me présente à hôtel et je règle mes 2 nuits.. oups le lendemain matin je vois 2 débits 😡. Je demande le remboursement d'un .! Et là niet .." refus du gérant et pire refus du groupe allemand accor .. c'est scandaleux .. à fuir .. 🚨 interdit de faire une erreur ds le groupe All accor ... Minable service commercial ..

L'hôtel est resté bloqué au siècle dernier. confort, espace dans la chambre et le summum la literie et les couettes a l'hygiène plutôt douteuse... Hélas vu après coup au réveil....

J'ai fait une erreur ! J'ai validé 2 fois le même séjour .. j'ai de suite annulé le 2 ème . reçu l'annulation ( voir photo ) pensant que je ne serais pas débité ! Et bien oups j'ai payé 2 fois mon séjour 359,80 pour 2 nuits ! Et le gérant pince sans rire ne veut rien entendre : "c'est une réservation non remboursable " à fuir cet établissement .. proverbe chinois : " si tu ne sait pas sourire n'ouvres pas boutique "

Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Hélas les portes d’accès aux chambres sont peu commode et très bruyantes.
Les heures de sommeil sont comptées entre les couche tard et les lève tôt.

We have stopped over at this hotel many times. The staff are friendly, beds are comfy, and the breakfast is good (though no fruit salad). However, it is due a makeover, especially the bathrooms, where there would be plenty of room for a proper walk-in shower instead of an over-bath arrangement, which is quite hard to get in and out of, and slippery. Some improvements, and the Styles branding would be deserved.
