酒店房間相對較陳舊，淋浴房的下水超級慢，你淋浴時間稍長些，水就有漫出來的危險。告知前台請求維修，回答是維修人員不在，但答應清理一下，結果是沒有處理。另外我要抱怨的是早餐：第一天比較早用早餐，還行（中規中矩），但第二天9點多吃早餐時，好多熱菜已經沒有，也沒有補充，總體體驗非常差，不推薦。

The location of the hotel was fine. It’s fairly close to the city center. The staff were friendly but this hotel should not have a 4 star rating. While the rooms and hotel were clean the condition of the hotel interior are tired. The outside of the hotel is badly in need of a refresh. In addition, the pictures of the hotel do not accurately represent the exterior. At breakfast when items ran out during the service hours the items were not refilled.

This hotel does not qualify for the 4 star rating it has. While the staff were pleasant, the hotel overall is tired. The photos of the hotel on its website and others are highly edited. Overall clean but very tired looking. Breakfast was average at best with items which ran out not replenished. The value versus cost was not there.

Parking sécurisé pour votre voiture ( borne de recharge ) Un accueil au top à la réception, carte des resto pas loin , conseil sur les chose sà voir dans Blois (10 mn des rues piétonnes) Vraiment le Réceptionniste est d’une grande gentillesse ( petit cadeau pour les Enfants ) Hôtel très propre et petit déjeuné copieux et complet Vraiment bravo , les grands hôtels des grandes métropoles devraient venir faire un stage chez vous
