Séjour agréable ! Chambre propre et bien décorée. Literie impeccable - accueil sympathique et joli pdj avec du choix et des bons produits. Dommage qu en pleine nuit il y ait eu du bruit (chambre vue port avec les nuisances sonores du port ) . Pour un 4 étoiles pas de chaussons dans la chambre : rien de grave mais étonnant .

Situation magnifique ( chambre avec vu sur le port). Petit dej, spa, chambre rien à dire.Personnel à l'écoute et dispo. Petit détail, pas de bornes pour voiture électrique (1 prise normal).Superbe piscine à débordement sur le toit.

Deuxième séjour au sein de ce fabuleux hotel. Personnel arrangeant, sympathique et agréable. Vu imprenable sur le vieux port depuis les chambres mais aussi depuis la piscine à débordement sur le rooftop. Excellent rapport qualité prix, même en haute saison.

We arrived early from the States and could not check in, but luckily the outdoor pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view. They had cabana beds where we could relax and nap. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken.
Check in time was strict for 3. The area is fabulous around the port for eats and drinks. On Sunday AM there was a market. Transportation to Cassis was easy. The ferry was not operating that day due to winds.
The room was large and fabulous. The deck was large and relaxing.
On the day we were leaving we noticed several items missing from our room. They investigated but we never heard from them again or had the items returned. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Hotel magnifiquement situé dans le port de la ville à deux pas des yachts à l'encrage des quais. Chambres luxueuses, faciles d'accès par ascenseur direct du parking souterrain et vue imprenable sur la promenade estivale avec ses façades rosées du soleil couchant. Petit déjeuner exquis aussi, mais avant tout une équipe hôtelière de très haut niveau en tous points de vue, avec Robin, Linda, Christophe, Magalie, sans oublier Johan et tous les autres membres du personnel qui égalent un service de Palace de par leurs compétences. Un grand merci à ce Team formidable sans qui la mise en lumière de ce petit bijoux ne saurait se faire. N'hésitez pas, j'ai voyagé pas mal and this is THE place to be. Aucun hotel n'égale cet endroit des kilomètres à la ronde. (Avec mention spéciale à Linda, Johan et Robin pour leur IE).

Très bien situé à La Ciotat avec parking souterrain pour un prix raisonnable. Piscine, sauna, hammam sur le toit avec vue magnifique sur le port et la ville. Chambre de luxe avec vue sue le port agréable et très propre. Séjour de 3 nuits ou tout aurait être pu être parfait mais néanmoins avec 2 réserves importantes. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il faut réclamer pour avoir chaussons et peignoirs !!! Et pour notre part chambre 103 au 1er étage, très mal insonorisé, nous pouvions parfaitement comprendre les gens dans la rue et le matin ballets des camions de livraison pour les restaurants à proximité très bruyant. En hiver ça peut éventuellement passer mais j’imagine qu’en été ça doit être l’enfer.

Hôtel super confortable, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir la chambre rénové elle était parfaite et super belle. Le matin de ma chambre j’avais un magnifique levé de soleil. Là piscine sur le toit à une sublime vu sur le port.
