From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Very professional staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, with a warm, modern decoration. Very pleasant swimming pool and jacuzzi, in a superb setting. The breakfast was truly superb, making you want to stay for a long time. Fresh and delicious products. Very pleasant service. Dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant, also great. Thanks to the whole team.

Very nice hotel, privileged location in the center of Grand Bornand, quality services, professional staff, very pleasant and smiling. Just finding a solution to be able to equip yourself with the skier's kit (shoes) outside the entrance hall, not very practical

During our stay at this hotel on the second weekend of January, we found ourselves in a room with almost no heating, the problem was more or less resolved after more than 24 hours with additional heating. In the room, the shutter did not close, the fridge was not cold and the bath drain did not work, it was impossible to drain the bath water correctly, not to mention the freezing tiles in the bathroom. Only, the catering is of quality as well as the products offered at breakfast. During our jacuzzi slot, we were only allowed hot water, since it broke down.😡 This hotel really does not deserve these four stars.

Well located hotel, complicated parking, unfriendly reception. Cold swimming pool so no need to offer it, and jacuzzi subject to reservation per slot 20min max…. Correct room. Hotel restaurant a really long wait (50min) for the dishes offered olives or peanuts…. Brief . Overall ok.

it could have been great but: we arrived at 4 p.m. for a suite being supposed to be available at 3 p.m. and cleaning was in progress we had to wait until 5 p.m. to access our suite. When we left, it took us a while to get our luggage out because there was no parking included and our badge was deactivated without informing us. the accommodation was dirty: worn lollipop stick on the desk, moldy shower curtain and cobwebs everywhere. we also had a problem with hot water when we wanted to wash because too many people were showering at the same time. the pool is cold (all the customers present at the time of our visit to the pool did not stay more than 10 minutes) there was a kitchenette in the suite but there is no tea or coffee bag, a bathroom sponge and no cloth. even Airbnbs are more welcoming. At €700 per night it’s scandalous. I do not recommend at all

Professionalism and friendliness of the team at this hotel where life is good and where you simply feel good! To discover and rediscover without hesitation! Absolutely everything is top notch!!!

in the future I would like to come back with my family to share with my loved ones and also taste the restaurant. the location is ideal, the welcome perfect, I highly recommend this establishment.
