Hotel Santa Catalina by Bossh Hotels

The hotel does not meet the minimum requirements of a two-star hotel, it is a hostel, it does not have a waiting room, all the TV channels do not work, in the ad they put a photo of the beach but it does not face any beach. it is a one star hostel. Its only advantage is that it is in the center.

Si buscas un hotel céntrico a buen precio, no está mal. Por las noches el fin de semana hay un bar de copas al lado y el ruido es ensordecedor. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos un desagradable detalle en la habitación, no habían recogido la basura del anterior cliente. Por lo demás, todo bien. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

El hotel es céntrico. La habitación se encuentra en mal estado. No hay un mantenimiento (humedades baño, puertas de la ducha pegadas con cita adhesiva...) Limpieza muy deficitaria baño con pelos, moho, habitación con patatas, pelusones por el suelo....

Hotel muy céntrico, básico para unos días de playa y turismo. La habitación asignada tenía condensación en el baño y nos la cambiaron inmediatamente, hasta ahí todo bien. Aunque la atención fue correcta y el personal amable, no me fui contenta porque alguien llamó al hotel preguntando por mí y ellos les dieron información que debe ser confidencial. La protección de datos no está asegurada.

Ottima posizione, pulizia e personale gentile, ma ahimè non è un buon posto dove riposare dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio. Le camere sono comunicanti, poco silenziose, si sente tutto ciò che accade nelle camere vicine. Purtroppo noi siamo capitati nel fine settimana e anche se siamo rientrati tardi e la nostra stanza era al quarto piano, i locali giù hanno continuato a lavorare, giustamente, fino a mattina, non considerando però il chiasso creato dai loro avventori.... ciliegina sulla torta il lunedì mattina siamo stati svegliati prestissimo da lavori in corso che sembravano essere proprio nella nostra stanza. Non è stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Punto a favore per la buona posizione e la vicinanza con le spiagge.

A lousy deal telling us that despite leaving a record from the morning after that night they couldn't do anything without even calling those responsible. Nor did he provide us with a telephone number to call, everything had to be by email, not everyone can stop to write emails, consumers have the right to have direct communication with the responsible person, which we could only find in the morning. AWFUL TREATMENT and we paid for the room in full despite all these things!
