I had a incident where the cleaning staff stole a item in my room and denied it. Was not pretty . Nothing came of it. Cant leave anything out anymore. Had to lock my suit case rest of trip and make sure it was put in a corner standing up.
Otherwise the comfort was excellent. Food was excellent and the staff was kind. Accepting of everyone. Rooms excellent and welcoming. Pool and hot tub open till 11pm which was nice.
The properrty was nice as well. Got to see eagles every morning flying.

This made for a fine, standard hotel to spend a night while I was on a business trip. Not super fancy of course, but affordable and so a good value in my mind if you're the type of person who is fine with just a basic hotel room with a few simple extra amenities. The staff who greeted me at both check in and check out were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast served had a nice variety of food that was well stocked when I was there. I would stay here again.

The room was smaller then expected and when we got back after being gone for the day our key cards were not letting us back in the room. The hot tub was not working properly. It would have been nice to if they used real dishes and silverware at breakfast instead of paper plates and plastic silverware and paper type coffee cups.

The room was incredibly cramped and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel was noisy all night and you could talking through the walls. I don't understand how the term adjective "Quality" can be used to describe this facility.
