I called ahead to make sure our room had a pullout couch and was told yes. We got there and they told us rooms do not have pullout couches. Luckily they had a rollaway. Toilet kept running all night and heater in room didn’t work.

Very spacious rooms with full kitchens. Newly remodeled and clean. Friendly front desk staff. A great value for the price. Located near to downtown La Crosse. Some shopping and numerous restaurants located nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was an overflowing trash can in the closet, the door deadbolt didn't work and the top latch on the door was loose. The 2nd day had to get the front desk to unlock the door.Hotel was kinda dirty.

I was very impressed with the room and the supplies needed if I need to use them to cook and clean up and just to "feel at home"! The staff were very friendly, I just don't agree with the $50 non-refundable pet fee?
