Booked through trip.com and the hotel somehow erased the card used by Trip to book it and charged my card… I caught them the first time when I was checking in when she tried to charge me and she cleared it… said only $50 would go on my card then for incidentals… which it did, but then again the next morning when I was checking out, I looked at my account and they had charged me again in full for the room… It’s been 4 days and the hold still hasn’t fallen off… That’s too much money to be taking from people in error for them to have to wait days to get back… Definitely not happy about it and won’t be returning. Other than that, all was decent.

I was put om a handy-cap room in the way back or the motel. There was a refrigerated semi in the back that the refer was going off and on all night.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The reason for the lower mark with comfort was because the lighting in the room was minimal. The availability of fruit and coffee before the breakfast opened was very much appreciated as I left at 4:30 AM.

I attempted to make a reservation on ******* for Country Inn & Suites on 1/29 for 2/2 & 2/3. The search engine changed the dates to highlight a lower price on 1/31. I had no reason to be in LaCrosse on 1/31. When I realized the bait-and-switch on 1/31 I immediately called both ******* and Country Inn & Suites and was charged for the stay regardless.. Going forward I will used Agoda to book stays and stay at the Super 8 Wyndham

No coffee in the morning but all the rotten bananas you can carry. This place has gone downhill quite a bit. Don’t book just because you had a good experience before

Property was clean as well as our room! Breakfast was good and plentiful!

Definitely a good option for the area! The only thing I didn’t love was that the chair in our room had some spots on the arms which were suspicious. Other than that it was super clean!

We were in town for the Bi-State Wrestling tournament. We stayed at a different hotel downtown on Thursday night that had a lot of teams staying. The teams and coaches were all quiet by 10:15 or so. It was not the case here as it was after 11:45 that things quieted down. I tried to call the fro t desk at 11 and no one picked up. This is a 2-level facility so staff should have heard the running, yelling and etc. in the hallway for about an hour.

There was something on the tub. I'm not sure what it was. They had a problem checking me in also. Something with their new system. And our tv remote didn't work.

The staff was warming and inviting. Our room was clean and the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and clean.

Friendly desk staff at check in. Descent breakfast for free. I informed the staff twice that the water in the workout room was empty and they never fixed it. The room smelled like mold.

Staff was kind and professional. Surprised there was no coffee in rooms, but there was down by check in. Toilet float was stuck, so I had to unstick it, or water kept running in it all of the time. Room was fine, though.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. BUT... The bed was so hard that I might have been better off sleeping on the floor...no give at all. Also the towels were scratchy.
