When we reserved through ********** we had 2 rooms. When we tried to check in they only had one room for $100 more than what we booked. Then when the couple behind us said it wasn't the clerks fault we agreed but they kicked us out for harassing their customers. I thought we were the customers? I won't stay there ever again and we stay in La Crosse quite often.

Had a major snow storm. Staff made no effort to clear the path to the front doors. Had to slog through 3" of slush for two days after the storm was over

This day was great. My room was not 100% clean as there were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the plate from the microwave was soaking in the sink when I got there. Otherwise everything else was good.

The people at the front desk are so welcoming and efficient. I have now stayed at this property at least 6 separate times and some of those stays for for 5 nights.
Your front desk stay is consistently helpful and friendly. The property is always extremely clean & always feels fresh. The breakfast for a hotel at this reasonable room rate is outstanding.
