Excellent trea**ent from *staff (waiters, kitchen, entertainment, transportation). Spacious, clean, well-distributed room. Very large bed, pillows so soft as to make you feel ****. Recreational activities for my children (volleyball, jenga, dominoes) a plus that I had not considered. I was very pleased with the attention. I really value the trea**ent and the times of sharing. I enjoyed playing jenga, dominoes and seeing that my children were in good hands with a person who took the time to explain to them in the pool Entertainment activities on May 10 that I liked because the guests coincide, there is teamwork, the jokes, the competitiveness and laughter Although I don't like soccer, I must admit that there is that resource for those who like to enjoy the games. The most extraordinary thing is the warmth of the people who work at the hotel, very attentive. I highly recommend it

The apar**ent, which is very spacious, has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, however the quality of the finish in the bathrooms does not match the rest of the apar**ent. The kitchen does not have plates, cutlery, glasses or pans so it is only used to store in the refrigerator, or heat something in the microwave. They only give you towels to dry after bathing, there are no towels to dry your hands. The beach club they take you to is acceptable, however to have access to the club within the subdivision they charge you an excessive rate per person per day. The food in the restaurant is acceptable however there are many flies and they do not have fans. You need to bring a car because it is quite far from the center of Puerto Vallarta.

Its a Condo area with Houses, Hotel and Condo. Has pools by the condos and A Beach Club with Pool and Beach. Pool/ Beach bar is okay for a day with snacks and drinks. The small beach is calm and you get get some kayak for free to paddle around. The Club offers towels but closes before the pool...so you have to return the towels and still are at the pool....a little non sense....

The holiday at this hotel was a nigh**are, it was a real fraud. Bad food, with ridiculous quantities, when there was any, because the waiters' constant apology was that it was over. We traveled on an all-paid plan and they only offered a limited and poor quality menu, the drinks tasteless, very discounted. The happy beach club, a fiasco, is a restaurant where the waiters behaved poorly, as there were a lot of foreigners, they completely ignored us When it came to requesting assistance, it took hours. It has misleading advertising, nothing to do with what they offer and the reality that is experienced. On the days we were there, there was no entertainment. I must admit that the room was good, spacious and clean. It is the only redeemable thing. My recommendation is that you do not visit this place, unless you want to have a bad time or feel like you have been robbed.

Beach is very far away from building about 9 mítin vehículo . All inclusive( is not all inclusive) they charge for Can soda and for some drinks and food TripAdvisor needs to Be honest and not keep putting pictures that are not from the rental buildings, is so many complaints and you guys should do something if B Nayar is deshonest , you shouldn’t be . There is no tenis court A** Doesn’t work Most employees @ Restaurant are Rude, they Give preference to people with no bracelet

Very bad management both in the hotel and in the Casa Jaguar restaurant. I have the all-inclusive and they are limited in drinks and food and the truth is that the portion they give in the food is very small. Now that they have changed the beach club, it is disappointing. I do not recommend it at all. I hope they return to the previous beach club and get new management. This is for the owners to check.
