It's not bad, for example, the room is big, the restaurant is delicious, and the location is convenient. The mini bar is free.
Disadvantages: The hotel is very big and it's all up and down to go around, it's really tiring. The pool was crowded and the atmosphere was not too casual and a bit noisy. And there is no hot spring in this hotel. If you want to take a hot spring, you need to go to a special hotel.

Nayara was the best experience I've had at any hotel and I've been to a ton. The staff was exceptional, everyone. They are truly happy to be there and provide the best service. I can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our 10 year anniversary trip. Our room was amazing, perfectly appointed. The staff was always helpful from front desk, to pool to waitstaff. I would recommend for all couples looking for a restful fun vacation. 10/10 would definitely comeback!

Traumanlage und äusserst aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren 3 Tage da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei finaler Rückgabe unseres Mietwagens aus dem ValetParking fiel den Mitarbeitern Luftverlust am Reifen auf. Das Problem wurde innerhalb von 45 min behoben und ein Nagel gefunden und entfernt. Nur so haben wir es überhaupt zum Flughafen geschafft. Nochmals herzlichen Dank

We stayed at Nayara Gardens for four days and it was incredible—beautifully-design casita, stunning and well-maintained grounds with lots of special areas to discover, and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re going to La Fortuna!

We stayed at Nayara gardens. The room was incredible. We had our own plunge pool, hammock, and lounge chairs where we had coffee every morning. It’s so tranquil and super private. The service is incredible. All the little things they do to make your visit enjoyable like stocking the mini fridge with drinks and snacks (which are free by the way) to letting you pick the time for your room to be cleaned made for a super relaxing stay. You get what you pay for and then some at Nayara! We will most definitely stay at another of their properties!

Truly an amazing experience and property! Our Rainforest villa was amazing and Sinley added personal night touches to the room and was very clean. All of the staff was nice. All of the restaurants food and cocktails was great! Transportation to and from the airport I highly recommend. Prompt and timely. Nayara Springs spa was a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend the Hanging Bridges and Waterfall hike! The property is very well maintained and clean with the best views of the volcano! Amazing trip with amazing memories! Pura vida!
