What a great place to stay. Apar**ent was newly renovated and clean and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Nice having gated parking. Host was great and very accesable as he didn't live too far away. Nice pool for a cool off dip.

Great little apar**ent in a gated area located in a residential area just a few minutes' walk from the Main Street with a wide choice of restaurants and shops so very convenient. Communication with host was excellent and check-in was smooth. Bed was comfortable and the bedding/towels were of high quality. Strongly recommend as a good base for exploring the area.

Would give 5 stars if the kitchen had a microwave and the living room had air conditioning. Also, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Otherwise, this was a very clean, spacious, economical, and convenient home base for exploring the attractions around La Fortuna. The owner was responsive and helpful in accommodating an early check-in.

We liked the accommodation itself.
The host was very helpful and always replied immediately. He reacted very quickly and well when we wanted to change our room. In our first apar**ent there was a very strong smell coming from the drain. Things were better in the next apar**ent.
It's good that a lot of things are within walking distance.
But unfortunately, especially on Friday and Saturday, it was so loud from the club nearby that sleep was out of the question. It was loud on Sunday and Monday too, but at least not all night long.

The apar**ent was very modern and clean. The location is amazing and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Cesar was very friendly and helpful.
