The place is incredible, the staff magnificent!!! Juan José and his work team are spectacular: Friendly, Attentive. Exquisite food, lots of variety and very well equipped rooms. We certainly hope to return soon

Great location for transport to Arenal adventures as well as an easy walk to local restaurants and variety stores. Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable, if spartan, rooms. Fun pool. Wide variety of breakfast foods. Good bars above the restaurant and by the pool.

The facilities were clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds and pools are beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. We ate a late lunch in the restaurant one day and there was nobody there. The menu was limited and we were in a hurry. They were very slow and our tour arrived 1/2 hr earlier than the time hotel had given us. We had to take lunch to go. The shrimp was old and bad. Enjoy the hotel and breakfast eat elsewhere for other meals.

I loved this stay while in La Fortuna! Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. I always felt safe. Very clean, the rooms are very nice ones too. The grounds are pretty! I would recommend this hotel

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool and Jacuzzi area not well maintained, Jacuzzi almost not working. Customer Service in general very poor and impersonal We had a dinner included in our package and we have been offered a very limited Menù choice. We didn't like either the dinner and the service. Better to eat outside
