Staff was very helpful. Property was beautiful. Despite allowing day passes for the hot springs the resort never felt crowded. Beautifully view point of Volcano and spa services were top notch

We loved our stay here!! We stayed for 5 days for our honeymoon and would absolutely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs. Bummed we couldn’t see the volcano since it was mostly rainy during our stay, but we are just happy to be there! Highly recommend this place.

My friend and I booked a tour with Exoticca to Paradise Hot Spring and we were looking forward to enjoying the springs. However, when we got in the water all three springs were very tepid and a bit cold. In comparison to my personal shower, it was hotter than all 3 springs put together. Further, I was not expecting any kids in the hot spring. We didnt know that we needed a thermometer to check the temperature of the springs to ensure that they were above 95 degrees. We told the front desk about the temperature of the water but her response was nonchalant. We were very disappointed but we tried to make the best out of the experience.

Paradise Hot Springs was amazing. Rooms were immaculate and super clean. Hot springs were clean and so much fun. With all the older hotels in the area so glad we stayed here. Clean and close to the town with tons of food options.

I really cannot say enough about this resort. Hospitality was excellent! Location of the resort was perfect. Maybe a 5 minute drive to La Fortuna but good distance out of the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms were clean, fresh sheets & towels everyday, roomy & updated. Staff was super friendly. Condition of the resort was excellent. Make the right choice & stay here!

The view from this hotel is stunning. So many plants, birds, and butterflies. Hot springs were nice and pressure washed clean every morning. We had a lovely time here.

Hôtel de petite capacité. Les chambres sont confortables, un peu sombres si vous êtes au rdc mais la déco est sobre. La salle d eau est superbe et spacieuse. C’est très propres et le personnel est très prévenant. Sources chaudes à volonté dans un petit paradis. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus. Quelques petites réfections sont à prévoir sur les piscines.

Overall we liked the hotel. It is small and quiet which was nice. The hotel has a great view of the Volcano and the grounds are pretty. It was nice to have the hot springs, we went in them every day. It's also close to town if want to go into town for dinner etc. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was good.
