We had a great stay. The room was a little small, but overall it had everything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate dinner there once and breakfast daily.

Pros: Centrally located Clean Polite/helpful staff when needed Pool to cool off in Open balconies for non-street facing rooms. Closed balconies for front of building. If breakfast is included with your stay it's pretty good and starts 30 mins before most tours are scheduled to leave Cons: They need to put a little shelf or something in showers to set shampoo, wash cloth, razor, etc. If your room is street facing it can be noisy and/or a bit bright until about midnight. Minor things to note: Door locks are secure but you need to turn your key just so to make it work Key entry for room safe as opposed to keypad felt a bit janky Toilet flush isn't strong if you're a big depositor.

Great Hotel. Smooth check in and check out. You can park right in front of the hotel and there’s another parking lot nearby. Breakfast is included. There’s a pool and restaurant. Clean rooms. Hotel is centrally located near shops, bars, restaurants, spas, etc. Mayfel and the rest of the staff were great. Gave lots of suggestions about activities in the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is really good, close to everything. Our room was facing the main road and the noise level is very high until late at night and starts again around 5 am the next morning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and is prepared to your liking.

The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful in booking excursions and supporting our needs as travellers. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our only struggle was the shower didn't drain that effectively, so our bathroom would be wet and slippery after someone showed. The location is great and very accessible by your tour buses. All the pickups we're right out front.

If being right in the centre of Fortuna is important to you then this place is perfect. Great location for accessing local restaurants and facilities and all the intersting tourist sites are easy to get to either on foot or by taxi. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel which is adjacent to the central park. I thought the breakfast was great with a mix of local and continental offerings all of a decent standard. There's a nice little pool which is great for kids and cooling off if you don't mind being overlooked by being surrounded by the hotel restaurant. The hotel is spotless and cleaned regularly. The staff are also helpful although I found most of their answers came with a short sales pitch for related tours that they offer. On the dowside, the rooms are quite dated and probably in need of a refurb. In our room the shower didn't work despite several attempts to fix it (initially cold and then too little pressure for more than a few drops). The TV also didn't work. Our room was meant for 4 people but there was only just enough storage space for one. If a central location is important to you then I think this is pretty reasonable otherwise there probably better places further out

El servicio al cliente es de lo peor. Solicite información y era todo computarizado cero personalizado Pedía un paquete para una persona y me mandaban un mensaje copiado con estadía para 2 personas y con precio de niños Le recalcado solo es 1 persona y solo estadía y desayuno y me mandaba otro imagen copia y pegaba información otra vez con 2 adultos y costo de niños. Como tienen personas atendiendo servicio al cliente si no les dan la capacitación necesaria al menos que venga la mala administración desde arriba y no se dan cuenta que lo que se atienden son personas no robots
