Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay.
I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The views were absolutely incredible and the resort was so nice. The staff was incredible! We loved Rodriguo. He was a great server and always made sure our coffee was filled at breakfast. We booked the ATV and the water rafting through the hotel and we had great experiences. We also booked a massage and facial at the spa and it was amazing. The hot springs were great but the pool was a little disappointing. We still loved our stay here though!

Excellent staff and service. Everyone is so helpful and go out of the way to make your stay the best. View of Arenal Volcano is outstanding throughout the property. You are surrounded by well manicured and wild forest so it's like staying in luxury with nature all around. We stayed in a superior junior suite and literally woke up to to a clear view of the volcano. Hot springs was ok. We didn't spend much time there so it wasn't a big deal for us. If you are booking a resort for the hot springs then this is not it.

We loved our experience at this resort. Views of the volcano are amazing along with all the gorgeous landscaping. We also appreciated the unexpected treat left in the room to celebrate my daughter's graduation! Rooms were clean and quiet, hot spring pool was great and breakfast had a huge variety of choices!

Wow, this place is amazing! The view of the volcano is stunning anywhere on the property. The people are extremely friendly and accommodating. - Angel was a great server that helped us out at the pizzeria and restaurant. The shuttle is very convenient to get taken around the villa when needed. The pools and the hot springs are very relaxing, especially with the swim-up bar with happy hour.

Hilda and joiner were so kind to us! Amazing staff makes the experience so much better. The hotel in general is very nice and we very much enjoyed our time!! In this area there are a lot of hotels but I have never been somewhere where staff cares so much about the people staying there! Definitely recommend!

Modest Family of seven. But they made us feel like Royals! We stayed for 4 nights. Very kid friendly! Staff was very kind and helpful. Alonso and Angel made amazing drinks. Evelyn helped us make reservations for La Celeste. Norma was an excellent house keeper and made our rooms up so cute with new towel animals each day. The kids loved it! Rooms and facilities very clean. No bugs. Great location. Very private surrounded by the rainforest. Saw a Tuacan from the warm springs. The food was great! Definitely would recommend!! Breakfast was fantastic and the view was breathtaking.
