Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

The hot spring garden in the tropical rain forest is beautiful and natural, which is very suitable for the whole family to go out and soak in hot springs♨️. From the hotel garden, the volcano is blocked, which is slightly insufficient because the various plants are too tall.

There was very little to none hot water to bathe!! The drinks were very weak!!! And expensive for just sugar! The drinks were good during the week and as the weekend came they turned to water and sugar basically! Staff was good as far as service but the front desk staff needed attention!!

We loved Baldi hot springs! Very relaxing and therapeutic. Great after a long hike to soothe your muscles with 25 pools to choose from! Would definitely recommend. There is also an area for the kids as well. We didn’t eat on site but saw 2 restaurants.

Hot springs from the Arenal volcano. This hotel has more than 20 hot spring pools of different temperatures. The rooms were good but a little noisy from outside noise. Unlimited hot springs access while you are a guest of the hotel. The restaurant food was ok, not spectacular.

It was a very relaxing experience, there's a big bed, with a mini bar in the room. Nice balcony with view to the parking lot. The bathroom had a nice size bathtub and was very clean. As the majority of the hotel rooms, it had a small TV with access to national and cable channels, with no option to use streaming apps. The price is worth it because of the thermal hot water pools and the amenities. Only breakfast was included, all other drinks or meals are extra.
