Amazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!

温泉很舒服，環境非常漂亮，據説是純天然火山温泉，分多個池子，越往上越熱，越往下越涼。酒店服務也不錯，對剛到的人會贈送一杯酒茶，神清氣爽。不過瑕疵的是酒店房間的衞生間浴池下水道可能堵了，體驗這塊不好，房間號是1204。

After a long debate about which hot springs were the best, my friend and I decided to go to Baldi. They did not disappoint. We arrived at 4:45 for our 5 pm dinner reservation. There was a bit of a line to get into the resort but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to book a last-minute 6 pm massage for after dinner. The food was nothing to write home about, but not terrible like some of the reviews we read. Because of how we booked our reservation through our hotel, the price difference between dinner and no dinner wasn't big and was definitely worth it. My masseuse, Sohail, gave me one of the best massages I have had in my life. High praise and highly recommend. She was intuitive and provided good pressure during the deep tissue massage. As for the pools, they vary in temperature from hot to scalding but are so so so relaxing. The ambiance is great and there are plenty of places to lay down and enjoy your surroundings. There are some bars in the hot springs but we didn't order anything there. Our reservation and wristband allowed us to park in their lot on the property, which we felt was secure. Great hotsprings worth the price tag.

I did not like that we had to pay an additional $50 per night for my 10 year old daughter, but then were not provided with a roll away bed for her or even a towel. Our "view" was of a construction site. Our room was a "family suite", but it was just one giant room without even a sofa to sit on. It was not very family friendly. There seemed to be no perks to staying on-site at Baldi, other than breakfast. It was crowded by outside guests using the pools all but the very early morning hours.

I've traveled to over 30 countries and love being in more natural and native areas. This resort fell short so many times. 1- Breakfast buffet was supposed to be included and due to population, they decided to close it. 2- it is an upward hike to the rooms all the way in the back where you must walk in and thru the parking lot and heli pad. 3- drinks are subpar and overpriced. The premium bar are the same amenities so avoid that one for purchase. 3- the room with the toilet is super huge for no reason. 4- waterfall shower is 20 feet above and only has cold water. Some people would rather NOT get their hair wet or stand in a cold shower. 5- ac is places terribly. The room was musty and so were my clothes. Only 1 bed can feel the ac leaving them freezing and the other humid. 6- there are no activities on the resort, just 25 small springs (good to be somewhat alone) and 2 restaurants and a massage space. There is nothing when you walk out and they do not provide a shuttle. 7- complimentary breakfast is only one small option. Luckily, they allowed me two one day but the next, I had to fight for more than 2 scrambled eggs and bacon! The best things about the hotel: service is friendly, very clean overall, varied springs temperature, food is ok and it's (for those who care) Instagram worthy. The beds are comfortable and there is enough artificial light. My recommendation: get a day pass. Spend your money at a place elsewhere.

My husband passed away just before our trip. We paid over $4,000.00 to stay here. I called as soon as I could to cancel this trip. Every reservation needed for this trip EXCEPT the resort offered a refund. Even tickets purchased that clearly stated no refund found this to be a unique situation that empathy and compassion needed to be shared gave a complete refund. When I tried to talk with someone about the situation they refused to speak with me or a translator. I could only send an email that they refuse to answer. I would warn any US citizen to ever stay at this resort.
