The staff were nice but very slow to serve. There is no way to communicate if you are far from the WiFi.

No me gusto que el segundo piso de donde esta el Temazcal no esté en servicio, es un espacio bastante bonito y amplio como para que esté abandonado, me gustaría también que próximamente se incluyeran más actividades para realizas dentro de las instalaciones, una tienda de souvenirs con más variedades de productos, por lo demás el personal es súper amable, atentos y te reciben muy bien, las Mucamas deben de tener un poco más de cuidado con el aseo de la habitación antes de entregarla !.!:!:

Pésimo el área de adultos había niños, no hacían nada cuando los niños gritaban cuando era un lugar de silencio. En el baño de las mujeres, las personas que se bañaban dejaban sus toallas sanitarias ahí y no les decían nada ni recogían. Una de las alberca estaba semivacia.

No me gusto que tenían muchos niños . Se supone que es para grandes , en el área de los túneles mucha risa la gente habla mucho y fuerte sin dejar concentrarte en el descanso , la alberca caliente estaba medio vacía , la comida muy rica el servicio bien

My husband and I spent two wonderful relaxing days at the spa. The tubs were wonderful, each a different temperature. The steam rooms were unlike any other we’ve been to. It the grotto with steam rising from the natural springs in the middle…there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax in between spas. The breakfast was delicious. There are three choices that are included including a hearty American breakfast. The service was fabulous. We were lucky enough to meet our waiter, Rogelio (Roger). Attentive, friendly service. Rogelio loves to practice his English, he is going to English school. Great guy! All the service at las jarres thermale was excellent, the rooms were exceptional. Thank you, we will be back…again

Para empezar te ofrecen usar sus áreas publicas como parte de amenidad del hotel y esta repleto de gente a la que le venden su “day pass” lo que hace que como huesped no puedas usar ni un camastro o una pileta. Albercas y piletas en mal estado personas con camisas de algodon, chanclas y calcetines dentro de las albercas en contra de su propio reglamento incluso con cubrebocas dentro de las piletas y kilos de bloqueador. Recomiendo que si están haciendo su transición de parque acuático a hotel designen algunas áreas exclusivas a huéspedes Llegamos a la habitación presidencial (3700 la noche) la cual cuenta con jacuzzi este sufrió una avería y el personal del mantenimiento sin experiencia no podía controlar incluso la temperatura del mismo y la tierra que salia. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no se nos otorgo por su alta ocupación. Si no quieren desperdiciar su dinero háganse un favor y no vengan.
