This was such a wonderful stop in our trip. This place is beautiful. The spa pools were amazing!!! We spent three hours in and out of the three areas. It was super relaxing and a perfect afternoon. The rooms are large and comfortable with balconies. The only issue we had is that the AC was not operable and it was a bit warm, but with the windows open, it cooled off over night. If that doesn't get rectified, I'm not sure I could stay there as the weather gets warmer. The restaurant was delicious and we had a wonderful meal on the one night that we were there followed by a delicious buffet breakfast. I would definitely go back to this place and book some treatments!

Hotel muy bonito y agradable. La habitación necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento.
Como punto negativo, la poca iluminación de la habitación. En el spa no funcionaba ninguno de los chorros, tampoco nos avisaron en la entrada.
La cena en el restaurante muy buena.

Le point fort de l'hôtel est le spa, très bien équipé et vaste. Quelques éléments ne fonctionnait pas ( hammam) mais il y deux grands espaces pour profiter des jacuzzis et jets. La déco est soignée et l'hôtel fournit peignoirs serviettes, tongs, bonnet.
L'hôtel est propre, le restaurant est correct, les plats sont soigneusement présentés mais peu savoureux.
Le service est globalement aimable.
Un point noir : la climatisation n'est pas réglable et il faisait trop chaud.

El hecho de que tienes que salir a la calle para ir al Balneario no es lo idóneo. Debería haber una manera de entrar al balneario interiormente. Si cuando vas al balneario o sales de él llueve o hace frío se te quitan las ganas de ir.

Chambre en très mauvaise état tous comme le reste .pas de chauffage ni de clim ne fonctionne pas .1 installation sur 3 fonctionne spa très mauvaise entretien à la limite du sale petit déjeuner correcte dîner du soir carte pas de menu rien exceptionnel service lamentablement

Hotellet har gode faciliteter med spa og fin restaurant. Parkeringskælderen er praktisk og personalet er meget hjælpsomt (også selv om enkelte ikke snakker engelsk). Stedet er lidt slidt, men det er samtidigt også noget af det som giver charmen - stedet er meget autentisk og giver en god oplevelse af hvad Spanien kan byde på. Restauranten gav generelt god værdi for den halvpension jeg havde tilkøbt, men oplevelsen varierede lidt for meget fra aften til aften til at det kan give topkarakter.

Me da mucha pena cuando me alojo en hoteles que algún día fueron una institución y por diferentes motivos, se han ido arruinando con el tiempo. Además, y eso es muy sencillo de entender, la ruina física lleva a la desmejora del servicio, a la falta de atención o de interés... Y esto es lo que pasa en el Blancafort. Lo tiene todo para seguir llevando el nombre de Gran Hotel pero no, todo está para arreglar, modernizar, poner al día y cuidar. Hay óxido en todas partes; las moquetas están viejas y sucias; hay humedad en casi todas las paredes donde mires, las puertas de los pasillos están rayadas y deterioradas, la sala de billar es un despropósito (hasta el tapete está roto...). Claro, el personal de recepción y sobretodo, del SPA, está a la altura; distante, ausente, autómata... Hay una excepción, el equipo de restauración: tienen ganas, son eficaces y sonrientes: bravo por ellos, porque si bien la cena fue tranquila y agradable, el desayuno es un caos de mucho cuidado. En fin, estamos más decepcionados que molestos al ver toda la ruina en que se ha convertido algo que podría ser maravilloso.
