The spa is very quiet. The facilities are well maintained. The attention is very good. The restaurant food is excellent. We will repeat.

The strong point of the hotel is the spa, very well equipped and large. Some elements did not work (hammam) but there are two large spaces to enjoy the jacuzzis and jets. The decor is neat and the hotel provides bathrobes, towels, flip-flops, hats.
The hotel is clean, the restaurant is OK, the dishes are carefully presented but not very tasty.
The service is generally friendly.
One downside: the air conditioning is not adjustable and it was too hot.

The fact that you have to go outside to go to the Spa is not ideal. There should be a way to enter the spa inside. If when you go to or leave the spa it rains or is cold, you lose the desire to go.

The hotel has good facilities with a spa and fine restaurant. The underground car park is practical and the staff are very helpful (even if some do not speak English). The place is a bit worn, but this is also part of what gives it its charm - the place is very authentic and gives a good experience of what Spain can offer. The restaurant was generally good value for the half-board I had purchased, but the experience varied a little too much from night to night for it to give top marks.

It has everything to continue carrying the name of Gran Hotel but no, everything needs to be fixed, modernized, updated and cared for. There is rust everywhere; the carpets are old and dirty; There is damp on almost every wall where you look, the hallway doors are scratched and deteriorated, the billiard room is a mess (even the rug is torn...). Of course, the reception staff and, above all, the SPA, are up to the task; distant, absent, automaton... There is an exception, the restaurant team: they are eager, efficient and smiling: bravo to them, because although the dinner was calm and pleasant, breakfast is a very careful chaos. In short, we are more disappointed than upset to see what a ruin something that could be wonderful has become.

The venue is very nice but definitely needs renovation. Dining room and food very good. Room good although there were broken things (light bulb, toilet paper holder). It caught my attention that, since the pillows are very thin, my friend and I asked for an extra pillow, but they only had one available. The mattress is very comfortable. We took a Pack with a relaxing massage. The idea was to spend a relaxing weekend. The massage was very good with Pilar, an excellent professional. But the water area was like a gym (lots of white light, white painted area) except in the pool area at different temperatures which is more atmospheric. The only drawback there is that there were a lot of people and of course, a lot of chatter. I suppose the problem (or the advantage) is that there is no capacity control and you can stay as long as you want. Regarding the staff, well, correct. We had a good weekend but we will not return. It is not the best place to relax.

The welcome is horrible, not a smile, not a glance for the customer, this person has nothing to do there. The rooms are OK, it's too hot and we had to call the service, it's impossible to sort it out without messing with the electrical system. The spa's welcome is great. The spa is OK, there are several showers that don't work. The evening meal no menu only à la carte, very expensive for the quality on the plate. Hearty breakfast. Initially the welcome had changed and it was very pleasant.
