Tes bon et bel hôtel. ,bon accueil calme ,reposant.restos tout à côté sur la plage promenades bors de plage et de qualité.thalasso super, relaxation assurée.reoas hôtel et dej un peu cher 18 eur nous n avons pas testé..

Bien qu'ayant un personnel accueillant, cet hotel est vieillissant et les chambres ne sont pas entretenues.
J'avais réservé un lit double je me retrouve avec 2 lits simples collés. Le premier avec un matelas tres dur, le second avec un matelas très mou. Horrible pour dormir sereinement.
Le bloc de climatisation etait cassé et était ouvert.
Une tres grande douche PMR elle aussi dans son jus avec l'assise qui ne tient pas en position relevée empechant de prendre une douche facilement.
On se demande ou sont les 4*... sans doute grâce à la thalasso et à la piscine que je n'ai pas pu tester, elle ferme à 18h...
Bref ca ne vaut pas le prix pour de la basse saison, alors je n'imagine meme pas en haute saison...
La prochaine fois je prendrai une chambre dans un hotel d'un grand groupe international, je paierai moins cher pour une chambre de bien meilleure qualité !

Extremely disappointed with the decadence I usually go there very regularly Often I have noticed lately that the pools and even the showers are very cold you cannot wash yourself with a cold shower otherwise the pools are not necessarily with sea water and the dose of bleach is multiplied by 5 replaces sea water given the color of my bracelets which usually do not move at all Not very professional

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Very good bedding, great spa, perfect breakfast with squeezed orange and really quality dinner at the restaurant. Added to this the adorable staff who are very attentive to our every wish.... in short, to recommend.

Magnifique emplacement en bord de mer et donc belle vue mer. Pour le reste, il y a un peu de déception. L'hôtel est vieillissant avec une façade et des fenêtres et verrières à rénover. Les couloirs sont également datés avec moquettes et faux plafonds d'un autre âge pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. La chambre confort est spacieuse mais la décoration date également. très grande salle de bains mais là encore, elle fait son âge. L'insonorisation des chambres est défaillante. Le centre de thalassothérapie fait très clinique, loin des ambiances zen actuelles. Idem pour les extérieurs qui en ce mois de décembre sont un peu à l'abandon. Bref, gros potentiel mais une rénovation complète s'impose pour etre dans les standards actuels de ce type d'établissement.

Très déçue de cet hôtel ou je m’attendais à des prestations à la hauteur. Étant arrivée tard pour prendre ma chambre et là que pour une nuit je décide de récupérer ma carte et de monter dans ma chambre (après avoir attendu 20 min à l’accueil). À minuit le réceptionniste a toqué et m’a réveillé pour me faire payer la chambre et a fortement insisté pour que ce soit fait dans la minute. Je trouves ça exagéré de réveiller les clients pour payer alors que ça aurai pus se faire le lendemain matin.
