Hampton Inn la Grange

We booked the Hampton Inn in La Grange for the indoor hot tub but it was broken when we arrived.

Very nice. Check in was a breeze. The lady that checked us in was a delight! So sweet. Room was nice, clean as well as bathroom. Loved that there was lots of towels🤗 Not that we needed them all, but nice to have instead of having to call for additional. Every person working at the front were happy & very welcoming.

I was double charged I paid for two rooms well in advance via ******* and then the hotel said that they only had 1 room paid for so they charged me an extra 1039 dollars And when I said something about it they responded by call ******* and get the refund from them

Nice clean rooms and very quiet. Staff was friendly and breakfast ok. However the outside of the hotel could use a little TLC. Weeds growing, cigarette butts, and not much maintenance!

I was able to tag onto a business trip, and my wife and I went to the Round Top Antiques show. We stayed at the Hampton Inn because it was a Hilton property and one of the few major brand hotels fairly close to the Antiques show. When we checked in, we were shocked to find that our room (a standard queen room) was smaller than our daughter's college dorm room! In 30+ years of business travel, this was by far the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The air conditioner was noisy and didn't work well, and we found bugs in the shower. Staff aren't particularly interested in providing any customer service, and the "neighbors" were slamming doors at all hours of the day and night. Overall, one of the worst stays I've experienced. Next time, I'll driver farther rather than staying here. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this listed as one of their properties.

I had an issues with my reservation then I need to sleep in the floor. Forn dels help me amazingly to make ma door bed.

First time staying at a Hampton Inn. It was the closest hotel to Round Top for the antique sale that had availability. The beds were the best and i am a bad sleeper. I slept thru the night. It was a miracle. The breakfast was good but for a free breakfast it was adequate. I would definitely go back if I come back to this area.

Stayed here one night. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean, and the AC was plenty cold. Shower was plenty hot. My only knock is that the rooms are a bit small. Despite that, I'd stay again if solo. Might be cramped for a couple.

I think that it is important to say that while I do understand that many in the work force have not returned to their jobs, I think that businesses are having to make those adjustments regarding what they can offer the public. This Hilton property was spot on. I am a Diamond member of the Hilton Honors Program. With that comes extra perks. I was recognized as a diamond member and told where designated parking slots were for diamond members could be found. Our rooms were freshly cleaned and spot on. We slept like a baby. This hotel was the last stop of our couples 4 day vacation. We asked for recommendations for Dinner and it was perfect. They’re breakfast did have minor limitations. The staff was so helpful.
