NO. NOPE. NEVER AGAIN! Great Wolf Lodge in La Grange, GA is a huge disappointment AND is overpriced for what you receive. [Understand that our humble family of 4 splurges on family vacations AND we are kind hearted huge tippers as public servants, community service members, and military veterans] I’d say we spent close to $10K in room upgrades, daily cabanas, all activity passes, and pretty much purchased all premium packages available + shopping in only 4 days (our stay). What we received was worse than motel level service. As an example, the ONE day we requested room service was for sheets change. Even so, I at least hoped for room cleaning. However, even though the room was not cleaned, I was shocked to see that only one bed was made (out of 4), no towels nor toilet paper replacements nor trash cans emptied. I grabbed clean sheets from a cart and changed the rest of the beds. My husband grabbed toilet paper from another cart. Ridiculous? Yes, but also a huge red flag, ESPECIALLY after we had asked twice before anyone came to our room. Next, you are limited to one restaurant and a Dunkin Donuts for actual food. The restaurant is only open for a certain time. For Dunkin, you have to wait in lines, figure out, and wrestle with flat screens in order for you to order AND pay for anything on the menu. Even if you just want ONE donut. Those behind the counter will not help and you are absolutely on your own. Next, (on our 3rd day) we decided to reserve an outside cabana (knowing full well that we would not have our own server like we had for the previous two days in the inside cabanas). That is all good! But the service at the bar (again) shocked me to my core. Not only did the bartenders immediately shouted “I’ll take you over here!” …..as I was about to sit down on one of the 5 barstool chairs, but they refused to help me in trying to decide on which specialized drinks I should try. No friendly talk or anything. I compare the service to a food court at a mall. The first thing I thought and felt was how awful it is that EVERY single person is receiving this horrible experience at such a high PRICE! Don’t get me started on the useless dining passes and premium passes. Fix your prices. Yes, I spoke with management on our third day, but I can tell that my feedback did not resonate. I’m polite and respectful so they (3 men) must have thought they resolved everything and said “Let us know if we can help with anything else.” As an experienced professional and traveler, this Lodge has HUGE problems that in my opinion originate from management. Owners, Upper management, Supervisors, and team leaders— I’m looking at you and I am speaking out on behalf of my family and all families. WE do not accept subpar levels of service when we are spending thousands of hard earned money (equivalent to a resort). NO. NOPE. It’s a shame because we were absolutely disappointed and did not expect this bottom level service. Plus, how can you lega
