The staff was superb here! They had veteran parking upfront (kudos!) and the lobby was modern looking. The downside was the condition of the room. We stayed on 3rd floor and there were several marks and holes on the walls, mold under the sink top in the sink and the tub area had loose tile and caulk.

Check-in clerk avoided eye contact as she continued to talk on the phone on a personal call and left me standing there for quite a while. Breakfast was so-so with hot items not hot and not much left when I went up. To be fair, there was family of locusts there gobbling everything in sight. Wish there had been bagels. Room was VERY comfortable, especially beds, and very clean. Loved that 3 restaurants were right there on property that you could reach without leaving parking lot.

check-in staff was professional, polite, friendly. Breakfast was cold eggs, warm sausage, instant coffee from a machine. Room was clean, neat, well maintained, everything worked ie. plugs, tv, lights . Very nice stay
